PAKISTAN STEEL MILL PRODUCTION (DECEMBER 2006 TO JANUARY 2007)
It is the largest steel production plant in Pakistan. It involves more than 50 process units with a workforce of 15000 peoples. There I learned about
• Planning and scheduling ,Study of drawing, redesigning of damage parts plant, in mechanical repair workshop
• Working of lathe, milling, shaper and grinding machines, Welding, casting and heat treatment processes and furnaces
• Knowledge about compressor, pumps, chillers and refrigeration system
HINOPAK MOTORS LTD (JULY 2007 TO AUGUST 2007):
HinoPak Motors Ltd is a multinational automobile company. I interned there in Quality Control Department. I researched and prepared a Supplier’s Quality Control Manual “SQCM”
• Knowledge about quality control &quality assurance procedures and ISO-9000
• Worked on the design of jigs by using Solid Edge for quality inspections of different parts made by local venders.
• Learned about testing tools and techniques used for inspection of parts
BIN QASIM AREA THERMAL POWER PLANT POWER PLANT:
This thermal power is situated inside the premises of Pakistan Steel Mills. This plant has the capacity of producing more than (165 MW) electricity with multistage turbine cycles. I interned there period of one month
There where I have learned a lot about the power plant working cycle and turbine boiler technology, Operation control room.
PROJECTS:
FINAL SEMESTER PROJECT:
Designed and fabrication of ANTHROPOMORPHIC (HUMANOID) ARM with a hand.
It is very much similar to human hand and capable of performing different types of human grasping and motion. It can automatically pick an object anywhere place within its workstation.
Our project has been awarded 1st position among 9 best projects,

• Development of MATRIX Solver in C-Language
• Designing of 3_D CAD MODEL OF MOTOR BIKE using SOLID-EDGE
