     October 2006 till present time: Customer Service Executive at AXIOM Telecom
    1. Handling customer Queries for axiom telecom, Fono, One Mobile and relevant department in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
    2. Return customer calls (received from Call Centre via Service Requests with turn-around time of 4 hours)
    3. Achieving targets for inbound and outbound calls for inquiries and surveys.
    4. Reply to customer emails, letters and faxes within 48 hours
    5. Handle complaints, customer queries, resolve issues within specified timelines
    6. Provide status update to customers on pending / ongoing case
    7. Escalate customer issues and report major problems to Superiors
    8. Attend weekly staff meetings and proactively raise issues for group discussions and information sharing
    9. To work on data capturing and make sure that 95% of data captured on phone system.
    10. Updating the Brand Expert of Sony Ericsson and Motorola phones.
    11. In charge of solving all the complaints which are logged in to the complain system bye other call center agents and reporting to the supervisor after closing each case.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Screen the calls of 618 rooms of the Hotel.
    2. Listen to the guest carefully and speak in a polite manner.
    3. Answer inquires and give information about the products available in the private dining outlet.
    4. Attend to all complaints, accept all calls and divert them to the concerned department when required.
    5. Give the guest information about all facilities available in the hotel and events happening in Dubai.
    6. Take the food and beverages orders and send the data to the kitchen and bar.
    7. Print bills and charge to the rooms.
    8. Confirm restaurant booking for the guest when required.
    9. Update the special requirements list of the quests and ensure all the needs fulfilled.
    10. Organize all bookings received by Email specially meetings in the business center.
    11. Organize the stationary store request for the outlet.
    12. Print and reconcile trace report on a daily basis.
    13. Attend all the monthly training programs as required by the business needs including but not limited to fire, safety and hygiene training.
    14. Perform any other duties as when required according to the needs of business and as assigned by the Manager.
