Non sponsored FZ Contract / Husband sponsorship

Hi,
I need an urgent advice as my CEO just resigned and we don't know what is going to happen next the Co might close down.
I am on husband sponsorship and have an unlimited contract. But flight allowance and gratuity were only promised but not written in there. Do I have a legal ground to request - especially the gratuity? Also only half of the salaries were paid for the last months. What is you advice as in the Free Zone Office they were not very cooprative (they just didnt answer my questions) as I am not sponsored by them!
