special license for foreigner to start business?

Hi everyone,
I want to move and start my own business next year in Greece. I'm wondering if you need a special license as a foreigner to start a business in Greece? Does anyone has some information?

Ask at your local Embassy.. !
They have all the info for every thing you need.........!
It all changes, to where your from and what you want to do.........!?
