Yes there is still tention between the Greeks and the Turks. Most people who live in Turkey do not see it because simply they don't interact with greek people in their daily lives. If you asked a teenager "Do you hate greek people?" the answer most likely would be "No, theres no hate. Its only the policiticans"- but thats a fallecy.
