hi. i'm planning to travel to crete for a week in july. i got my train tickets and now it's time to get the ferry tickets. i found out that hellenic seaways have some cheap tickets available (a total of 80€ round trip for 2 people). but when i try to book online, an error saying "scaling in pricing occured" shows up. i have sent 4 e-mails to the customer service of the company but it's been 4 days and i didn't get a reply.
here is my request: is there anybody who can call the company by phone and find out why i can't get those tickets.
it's very important for me because i'm a student and if i get those ticekts i can stay 2 more days in crete with the money i saved from the ferry tickets
