Hello,actually living in Athens means that you must save up to 2000-3000 euros to find somewere to stay.You can rent a house which is up to 40-60 square metres(if you only stay) and the rent on this apartments are about 250-300 euros.But also that depens on the outskirt you are going to live.For example if you want to live at north superbs of Athens such as Kifissia,Ekali,Melissia,Filothei and more is a bit expensive here...the same at south outskirts.Now if you choose to live on the center of athens the houses betweeen 60-100+ square metres you normally pay 350-450 euros.This about homes.Drinking coffee, shoping and buying anything is a bit expensive!!For example if you drink a coffee at the center and the outskirts you pay 3,5-5 eyros the one coffee...in other words it is a risk coming and settle down to athens.If you wanna buy home and the ectar forget it!!You must work like a slave for 800 euros/month..
