"Sul Tetto" (On the roof) is a cozy apartment at only two minute walking from the Termini train station. <br> This attic is on fourth floor of a typical Roman building with elevator. The owner is an artist that lives and works in Rome and he furnished the apartment with elegance and style: beautiful paintings, materials, colours and furniture. <br> This is a one-room apartment, used as a living room, with a kitchen corner, a bathroom and a loft with a double bed. <br> The living room has a wooden beam ceiling, a stone fireplace, two armchairs, a table, an ancient bookcase contains books about art and travel. The kitchenette is composed by fridge, stove and an ancient kitchen sink made of stone. <br> Very nice little bathroom (with basin, toilet and shower) covered with mosaic. <br> A seep wooden stair leads on a loft (it is not very high and there is no parapet) with a double bed. <br> The living room has one balcony and two windows. One window opens on a condo terrace where you can eat surrounded by plants and the charming old roofs of Rome.
