I thought I should take the opportunity while I am in Luxembourg to open an "Off Shore" account - though the amounts might be much smaller. It it should be a bank which is not expensive in that situation. And that are easy to deal with from abroad - invest and having debit-cards mailed etc.
Any banks that have cheap cash-cards that can be used in sister-banks abroad, esp Belgium? Dexia? Fortis?
