I am a non EU citizen with a job offer in luxembourg. Recently i had signed a work contract with a company based in luxembourg. The company has applied for my work permit at the Luxembourg Work Permit Department. Now due to some personal problems, i would like to cancel my work contract and withdraw my work permit request. Can anyone let me know how to proceed and what are the legal concequences that i can face.
