My employer is a multinational indian company having offices in EU. Currently I am in India and an Indian citizen working in IT firm. My employer has a Luxemburg based client where I will have to go and work for at least 2 years. But the main problem is that I am informed that I will get only 8 months work permit and it cannot be extended. Is that TRUE ? Can my work permit not extend ? How can I get a work permit that is extensible ? what is the visa type ?
