For a Chipknip card, you have to have a bank account in Holland. If you already have an account, go to your branch and ask for a separate Chipknip card.
With Postbank, the ATM card and Chipknip card will be separated into two cards. For other banks, for example ABN Amro, Fortis, ING etc, you can order a standard ATM card with the Chipknip-feature.
Can I really just find a cafeteria and get a prepaid chipnick card? I'd love to have one especilly for the trains, pain in the neck to have to store up coins! Do I have to have a bank account, hard to get, no BSN # yet! or can I prepay for a chipknip card?
