getting on a doctors list

I live in an area where there iare issufficient doctors for the no. of residents. All lists are full and I have been refused by most practices as they will not add new names to their lists. If my children are ill i must go to the local hospital which is not ideal. Does any one know what rights i have to a doctor if any, i have medical insurance.Anonymous03 Feb 2005, 02:42
