Can the default language be set to English on my phone? I have a KPN card. I do not know what they are telling me when I make a call or how much it is costing me. I also loaded (so I think) more prepaid calls on but I don't even know if they were added!
Hi, I add the same problem with T-Mobile. Normally you should be able to go to your retailer (any KPN customer shop) and ask from an operator to change your language from dutch to english.
I will try to get someone from the KPN store to switch the language to english, but how do you check your voicemail?!! I know how to dial it, but have no clue what they are saying! Help!
I'm from south africa and recently got a kpn sim card. i don't know the tarrifs? Can you please tell me how much i will pay for a call to a South African mobile number. How do i check my money on the phone? Can you tell me all the basics i need to know also
