I am trying to open an account in ANY bank in Vienna and all tell me that it is compulsory to have company payment. My problem is that I am payed to my account in Spain because I have a spanish scholarship. I am staying for six months and I really need an account because they charge me 25% if I get money with my visa.. Anyone has a solution? Thanks! I am really upset with this system.
