I have rented a very good flat really in the center 5 minutes walking to the Opera. But for one person is 700€ and it's to much just for me, for 2 would be half the price, and the flat has everything, fully equiped, 2 separeted rooms, kitchen, nice living room, and it's located in a nice place surrounded by embassies.
I will move to this flat this thursday 5th of feb, because it's ocupied til then.
