Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a place to stay in Vienna, either shared or just for me. I am a 54 year old American who has been living in Vienna four years now. Recently divorced and have been sharing an apartment for the last few months with a young couple, but our flat changes from a shared to a one family rent at the end of November, so we must move out by then. I think I am a very easy person to get along with and pretty open minded about most things. I don`t mind sharing a flat with someone as long as we can have a shared respect for each other and work together in keeping the apartment fairly clean. Just a peaceful environment is okay for me. If you are studying English or only trying to improve in it, I would not mind helping you some. I do smoke, but I prefer not to smoke in my home, so a balcony or easy access to outside would be nice. If anyone is interested or could help me find a place, it would be very nice. The Max. for me would be between 250 and 300 per month.

A room with about 20,6 m² is to rent. It is sunny and has an own door to the balcony. The flat has been renovated last summer and has about 75m². Kitchen and bathroom need to be shared with the flatmate (21,m,student). It is situated 3 minutes to the train station rennweg, 20 minutes away from the city-center, 15 to technical university, 5 to the university for music and arts, 2 minutes to a public park. 400€ / month, electricity and gas, internet and tv included.
