^^considering that it is difficult to get a schengen visa even for a person showing enough money to the embassy, what more if you don't have a bank statement or any financial account to show. chances are: you will be denied.

considering you want to visit Portugal you have to ask any one of the eurotean comunity for a schengen visa. that will allow you to travel to any country of E.C.
plus, I don't think you have to show any baank balance, other things wil be asked as a round trip ticket, insurance, and certain amount of money
