I have the possibility to give you accomodation in a flat in city downtown. I often receive students form abroad and i give them a "shared-accomodation" in my flat for only Us$ 200. It's a nice place where you can feel as if you were home, has computer, internet and all the basics. I can speak quite fluently english, french and german.
