I want to buy land in Corrientes near Goya or Esquina.

I have been looking for a small parcel on the river parana or better yet on a smaller river that runs into the parana for a vacation and retirement home that would provide boat access to the river for fishing. everything I see on the internet is much larger than what I am interested in.
I would prefer something with water and power on the property or near by, be accesable by car and it must have high ground that is not subject to flooding.
I would also be very interested in talking to someone that is familiar with this area about life in the area in general.
