Hi iam 4 years, fiiler machine operator in colgate palmolive philippines,And are my responsabilities as operator;• Set up and operate automatic filling machinery through control panels, mechanical adjustments and other control systems to align, test, adjust and to package shampoo sachet products
• Observe gauges, PLC console monitors to verify specified running conditions, settings and make adjustments to operation variables such as wrapper alignments, filling weights and temperature settings
• Responsible for the minor troubleshooting, mechanical adjustments and changeovers.
