If you are coming over to Australia, the best states would be NSW, VIC, QLD or WA.
WA is v.hot and dry in summer, mild and rainy in winter
NSW, VIC rains alot
QLD is in the tropical region and occasionally gets cyclones. (lots of rain, for Australia)
QLD, NSW, VIC are on the eastern side, where there is far more population.
WA is in a resources boom where there is heaps of work and a housing shortage (good for investment)
Perth is a very isolated city, but does have over 2 million people now.
