help required

Hello,
I wonder if anyone can help. I am trying to buy a small business in Austria a guesthouse or small hotel / bar. I am aware that you need to hold a license to do this in Austria if your business is over a specific size (10 beds I think in the case of a guest house). I am trying to find out more information about this, but can not locate a website or similar to help. If anyone could point me in the right direction. It would be much appreciated.

I don't know exactly where you could look, BUT a small hotel like that would be called a "Pension", so you might want to do searches with that key word in it. You could also search for a forum called Virtual Vienna. You could get decent answers from that community.
