    I am having 4.6 years of experience in India in core HR. I can speak English and Hindi fluently. I am self-motivated and a good team player. I have knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, policies, and procedures.
    I have ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information and ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
    I can analyze problems and develop creative solutions to complex human resource issues. Other than that i have :
    • Knowledge of recruitment/t information
    • Knowledge of computerized human resources and payroll systems.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
    • Knowledge of office management principles and procedures.
    • Organizing and coordinating skills.
    • Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues
