In a big house with 5 rooms in colocation(no student no erasmus there are only non smoker young worker), 3 studios and the appartment. So if you like to have your privacy you have it. But if you like to speak and meet other young worker from Belgium, France, Germany, England it is possible in the same house. The appartment is very well situated. Only 15min by foot from Schuman and Europeen Institutions. Bus 34 and 36, tram 81 to av. Louise and "Midi Station". If you are sportif, possibility to enter your bike in the house. Swiming pool at 5min walk. All shops around and supermarket Delhaize at the next street.
The appartment is in duplex. Ground floor : well equiped american kitchen, eating room and living room with access to a small courtyard. 1 floor (with private stairs in the appartment) the room with a mezzanine, bathroom and a sunny terrasse about 8m2. I would like to find a serious, stricktly non smoker renter, very clean and responsible.
I have no objection that 2 persons share the appartment because of course it is cheaper for everybody (450€/ each all inclusif).
I would love to find someone for a minimum contract of 6 months or more but we can speak.

If the rent is less than 12 month there is an extra charge of 300€ at the entrance to cover the state of place by an expert and administratif cost.
