Perhaps you can start by learning the languages. And, sorry, but the most jobs are available in Flanders where the language is Dutch, not French. In fact, in the French-speaking part of Belgium there is a lot of unemployment, while there are over tentousand vacancies in the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium.
