to tell that the internet in Bulgaria is quiet funny, I do not know friends or other people without computers, also I do not know somebody to use dial-up anymore, when everywhere you can be provided with cable internet, starting with 10 euro per month(do not need to pay installation fee), most of the companies have offers pay 3 months get 1 free for new clients....
