houses for sale

hello everyone
I've got 10 houses for sale in jambol region which is the famoust one in bulgaria.there are around 400 couples in the region.the houses are still the cheapest ones in the village(village of General inzovo 45min from bourgas,and 15 from jambol) cause a bought them 5 years ago, and i'm the owner.if somebod is interested in that houses.i will be very happy to speak with him and give him any information not only for my houses for everything.Prices between 3000 euro to 15 000 euro.

British builder in yambol

will travel, have a mini digger,scaffolding,mixer,wacker plate,rotavator etc.... will do a better job than most at a low low price, ive been ripped off by brits & bg's and wouldnt want anyone to have the same done to them, thanks,dean [email removed]

Great service

We used a Renovating Bulgaria in 2008, what great people, we paid for a report which should have been completed in 2-3 weeks it took 4 but the report was very clear and very complete with full pictures and details pointed out. We also had a price for the work. The work commenced on time and was completed 9 days later than planned, I can not fault the work, we also have had a follow up call to see how things are. Well done and thank you 100% trust worthy and 100% reliable. We have no hesitate in using them or refering our friends.

Every one wants a deal come to think of it so do i but - a real deal not a free lunch.
Alot of talk of Bulgarian prices English prices truthfully there is no comparison. An english builder at english prices would cost 400 lv a day .....cant say I have ever met a builder (and i live here) earning that much , if they where i would be asking them for a job! On the upshoot if you are looking for a tried and tested 20 year background builder then maybe we can help in the Varna - Dobrich area - www.sgcbulgaria.com.
The website is no 2k lv constructed maintained boutique of history but it is there!
we relocated with my entire tool base and semi skilled labourer.
we provide many services but the bones of it are simple.....realistically priced estimates for realistically priced works.thanks for taking the time to read this and enjoy your bulgarian experience.

our house has now been completed
we used johnny walker from two houses we looked at he had completed new builds one house four story 750 sqmeters it was fabuluous so we decided to go with him .
every thing was done to a high standard all documentation in place no wories i would recomend using this guy top quality top squad

I need a builder for the ruse area

I have a property near ruse and it requires a fair bit of work. One of the jobs it requires is a roof repair or worse case scenerio a new roof. The floor are is aprox 50 square metres per floor. Probually a quote on the complete reroof or say a 20%, 40% etc repair would be helpful. The existing tiles will be re-used. There is alot of other work require

Builders in elhovo

I have had a number of jobs done by www.thebulgarianpropertyfinder.co.uk They are estate agents on Elhovo and have an office in the town centre. The owner doesen't do the jobs, but he puts you in contact with people that do. We did not buy from him, but he is always helping us out with bit's and pieces his email is [email removed]

Renovation company in bulgaria

My wife and I have just visited our property that was renovated by renovating bulgaria, what a great job, the finish was precise, they gave us photographs of the renovation from the time they arrived till the time they finished. They answered every email, and was always available on the phone. We were provided with receipts throughout, they even took the time to help us sort out our utility bills. great service, nice people.

Looking builder in Kanobat area

We have a house near Karnobat which requires complete renovation work and new bathroom. One of the jobs it requires is a roof repair, new plaster board on the ceiling smooth plastering the house new laminate flooring new double glaze window and doors, new rewire. Our total house is 60 Sq m. If any one gives rough estimate and recommend good builder and not over price and can complete the job.
