Hi am Arthur Westby,
I live and work at the moment here but i am planning to come to Costa Rica too live.
I am a PADI Instructor and i manage a dive center here and would love to do the same there or at least work at a dive center or resort giving Scuba Dive Courses i speak both english and spanish, and help would be highly appreciated.
