physician assistant work in Costa Rica

Any work for a Physician Assistant in Cost Rica? Or any other health care related field that I could work in Costa Rica. I have over 20 years experience and wish to relocate to Costa Rica. Any ideas who I can contact?

Physicain Assistant

I too am interested. 10 years in Emergency Medicine/Orthopedic Surgery. Since they do not have PAs in CR, maybe we could start a business for expats like be a personal PA that helps them through the system.

I have an MD friend that does this in the US. He does basic exams etc., and if any problems, goes with his patient to hospitals, labortory, radiology departments etc., to get the patient the best medical care possible.

Each patient pays a yearly salary and basically you are working as a independent consultant.

Anyone want to be part of a start-up idea?

Physician Assistant work in Costa Rica

My husband and I are also interested in moving to CR. I lived in Heredia for 5 weeks with a family and loved CR...I would love to practice medicine there. i am neurologist doctor with a postgraduate diploma from UK with 10 years experience in Neurology stroke and ultrasound , i like to move to costa rica and would like to know if there is any opportunity to work there as neurologist ?
