Requirement visa for non-Eu citizen married to Eu citizen.

Hi there,
I am a South African married to a Polish guy. We are already married for three years. In this time I did apply for a residence permit in England, where we got married, but didn't receive anything. I also applied in Poland but didn't have all the papers to proceed, so that is why I need to go back to my country, to do everything the correct way.
At the moment I am living in Poland with him, and soon I will return to South-Africa. He found him some work in Cyprus.
I would like to know what is my best option to live and work with him in Cyprus?
Is there any other visa, except a family reunion visa I can apply for?
Is it very difficult for a non Eu citizen to stay with her husband in Cyprus?

I am a uk citizen, and my husband is a Gambian national. He is applying for an 'indefinate leave to remain' visa in March, after being in he UK for 2 years, which I am 99% certain he will get. However, we are looking to go to Cyprus in October for my sisters wedding and I wondered what he needs to do? hi we from india we can do many visa from here like australia canada cyprus afganistaan singapore thailand malaysia cuba italy turkey greece netherlands france germany etc which country visa you need just tell us we can give you anytime

Ok here is our problem.
I have been living in sunny cyprus for over 20yrs and last year I got married to a beautiful Sri Lankan woman and now we wish to return to the UK.
We can't seem to find any documentation or Information regarding non eu citizen married to UK citizen wishing to reside together in the UK, plase can u help us.
