Dear Mr. Shaikh Anwar Baig,

Firstly, I wish to thank you for your response to our advertisement in Clickindia.

We are looking for Indian ladies from West Bengal to work as housemaids in Singapore.

As you may probably know, there are a lot of Nepalese/Mongolian/Bengali Origin Girls of Indian Nationality in Sikkim, Darjeeling, Siliguri, Kalimpong, Gangtok, Khursang and other parts of Kolkata.

I am appending below the basic criteria for selection of Nepali/Mongolian/Bengali Origin Housemaids from India to work in Singapore:-

1. Housemaid must be between 23 to 40 years old.
2. Must have pleasant appearance, neat looking and well built.
3. Minimum Height : 150 cm
4. Minimum Weight : 50 kg
5. Housemaids must be trained to operate domestic appliances commonly used in Singapore households
(Examples: Electric Iron, Washing Machine, Gas Stove/ Cooker, Vacuum Cleaner, Microwave Oven, etc.)
6. Must be able to cook well with minimum supervision.
7. Must have attained a minimum of 8 years of formal education, up to Secondary Level (completed Class 9),
and hold any one of the following educational certificate as documentary proof.
(a) Secondary School Certificate
(b) Higher Secondary Certificate
(c) Matriculation Certificate
(d) All India Secondary School Certificate
(e) Indian Certificate of Education
(f) Indian School Certificate (ISC)
(g) Intermediate Certificate
(h) Higher School Certificate
(i) All India Senior School Certificate
Must also be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
8. The Housemaid must be trained, both psychologically and physically, to undertake their job assignment in Singapore. Most importantly, they must have the right attitude and willing to work hard and fulfill
their two(2) years contract obligation with their Singapore Employer.

The housemaids will be paid a salary of S$300.00 to S$330.00 per month.

If your housemaids are able to meet with the requirements of the Ministry of Manpower (Singapore) and are found to be satisfactory to the Singapore Employer, we will be able to market at least 60 to 100 Housemaids per month initially.

After recruitment of suitable candidates for the housemaids' position, you will then have to prepare their bio-datas with the required photos, in the attached format, and should also include the following:-

(a) Copy of the Housemaid's valid travel document (Passport).
(b) Copy of the Housemaid's Educational Certificate.
(c) Copy of the Medical Report (Fit to Work Overseas).

You will then dispatch the completed bio-datas with the necessary documents to us by express courier service for our marketing purpose. Upon selection of the housemaid by the Singapore Employer, an Employment Visa will be issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Singapore). The Employment Visa will then be emailed to you and the housemaid should be ready to leave India within one (1) week. Selection of housemaids by the Employer is based on the bio-data of the housemaids provided by you.

The candidate must arrive in Singapore with the following:-

(a) The Original Educational Certificate.
(b) Confidence to Pass the Foreign Domestic Worker's Entry Test.
(c) To work hard and complete her two (2) years contractual obligation with the Employer.

The housemaid will have to pay for her own air ticket to Singapore. The housemaid's return air ticket after completing her two (2) years contract will be paid by the Singapore Employer.
