Does Dubai accept nurses from the small caribbean country Jamiaca?

I am a very young unmarried registered nurse and i am interested in working in Dubai. What is the procedure (in detail please) for getting employed as a registered nurse in Dubai, and what is the pay like as a registered nurse there?
I would also like to know what the nursing benefits are, when working in Dubai.
