I am very much interested in joining your organization as IT Personnel. I believe I have the necessary skills and working experience to achieve my objectives.
I have worked in a large companies connected via WAN with multiple offices, with over 30 Windows Server and over 500 PC clients. I have working experience in:
- Networking and Helpdesk Technical Support to Microsoft Products
- Network and printing connectivity troubleshooting and fixing
- Computer hardware fixing and assembling
- Network cabling fixing, troubleshooting and installation
- Software installation and troubleshooting.
I also have working experience supporting LAN/WAN infrastructure, troubleshooting and repairs; Windows Domain Servers maintenance including Active Directory, DNS, WINS, Group Policy Objects, file and print servers, backup and restore, harddisk monitoring and anti virus updates.
