What Salary to demand?

Hi, I'm married & Electrical Graduate Engg. Indian (No. of person in family -- myself, spouse & 6 yr daughter) and have beed offered a job in Dubai as Sales Manager in one of European based firm. The company ensures me an accomodation, car, mobile, health care etc. all free of charge. Could you please tell me what salary could i ask? I don't know the costs of living in Dubai.
