Employment Visa Duration

my sponsor had agreed to get a visit visa for me and on reaching there it could be changed to employment visa.
now she says the rules have changed and that it would take some time as she could bring me there only on an employment visa .have the rules really changed.

I used to be a visit visa holder and found a company who will finally give me an employment visa to work legally in Dubai. The company and i both agreed that instead of going to kish, I'd better go back to my country to change my visa and wait for them to send my employment visa through email. But before that, they asked me first to sign a contract between us. Now i'm currently here in the Philippines, waiting for the updates about the visa. But i am not receiving any updates from them. They're just telling me to keep on waiting. Is there any possible way for me to check my visa by myself? And from which website can i can check my visa?

whats my problem is my company gave me 3 visit visa and at

last before 1 monthy only,they gave me emp visa in fujerah

free zone. Now my company management is not in a proper

manner.i had resign the job .whether from my company can put any ban on me or ban from immigration because i'm in fujerah
