I know someone who lives in dubai and has permanent residency.
My question is does her permanent residency give her the opportunity to obtain a visa from dubai, what is her status in dubai, and what other rights do she have because of her status in dubai?
She is from somalia and had to leave her country for fear of her life; and she is a muslim woman.
