work visa in dubi

• Dear Sir/MAD,
  My name is farhan-ul-hassan Malick. How can I get a work visa for Dubai? Is it possible if I don't have a job offer? I am looking for a job in banking sector i live in pakistan in the city of karachi i have worked bank alfalah & ubl & presently i am working in STANDARDCHARTERED Bank in credit cards & Lililities & personal lones product.My many friends also worked in dubi in barklus & al-mashriq bank.& i worke totally focus in market & worked hard person.I am honest, puntual, sincere, inteligent. I am a under-graduate and 3 Years Diploma in elcctrical engineegine & appeared in B.com .I am ready to do job anywhere in UAE.& any sales jobs such as marketting farm.I HOPE GET ME A WORK VISA IN DUBAI KINDLY REPLY as soon as possible i wait your reply.
