How can I arrange for oxygen for trip?

I will be traveling to Germany, Austria and Switzerland in September. I use supplementary oxygen for flying and at higher altitudes. I need to arrange to rent some small cylinders of oxygen and a conserving regulator when I arrive in Munich. I have not been able to find out how people get their oxygen in Germany.
