Spouse of Polish citizen wishing to move to Germany

I'm an American citizen, who is married to a Polish national. Can anyone shed lite on the new residence & work laws in Germany regarding the new EU states? Are we both entitled to Arbeitserlaubnisse & Aufenhaltserlaubnise, because she is a Polish citizen/ EU citizen?
