Selling a property in Florina Greece

Hi, I am looking to find some real estate pricing for a home in Florina Greece. The property is quite large but the home will have to be rebuilt. The potential buyer is stuck on the house and doens't and is not considering the land. She is offering a very minimal amount in exchange for my mother's home. I don't want to give the house away but I don't want to keep the negotiation on forever. can anyone help in giving me some direction on how the cost of property works in that area of Greece.
