I want to move and start my own business next year in Greece. I'm wondering if you need a special license as a foreigner to start a business in Greece? Does anyone has some information?

Hi... im wanting to set up a watersports business in zante does anyone no how much capital you have to put into a bank account before you set up..ive heard 60,000 euros but think that was for non EU citizens not sure keep getting different answers...also would this be pretty straight foward as ive heard its quite hard to start business in greece....thanks
