Hello! Did you find a nursery yet? The nearest one is probably the English Garden Nursery in district 8, I haven't seen it but my friend visited last year when it opened and said it looked good. There isn't much choice in Pest, but there are many over the Danube in Buda. Be prepared that all the English speaking nurseries are expensive though! Hope this helps.
