I'm 7 months pregnant and have been diagnosed gestational diabetes. It's my first baby and am really scared. Anybody has gone through this and can give me some advise?
I had the same problem in my first pregancy and it's not that bad. You just have to follow the diet and everything will be ok. Do you have to take insulin?
