I have never been to Ireland but am planning to move there within the next year.My grandfather was from Ireland so I am trying to prove my ancestory to get citizenship.
Any tips hints or info in general about what I am getting myself into would be great!
It's a long hard process, but it would be easier if your grandparent was still alive and had their Irish birthcert, see this link for all the information you need: http://www.newtotow...oards/viewtopic.php?t=7

HI I'm Ioana from Romania and I would like to move to Dublin around October this year to serch employment. I would really appreaciate if you could provide any advice upon how to proceed if I do not have an offer or promise of employment before coming to Ireland. I would like to come and apply for a job when I'm already there. Is it possible to come and apply for various jobs or do you have to have the job offer already when you land in Ireland?
I am looking to move to an English speaking country, but haven't the slightest idea how to go about it. I was looking at either Ireland or Scottland, but heard that Scottland is harder to migrate to. I'm from the United States. Any information would help
