Larry, my friend, you are so right, they lack culture and education, to speak frankly... I lived there for 8 months, I came, not for the money, like most people, but to know the culture. I was about to die of boredom. Well, silly me, Kuwait ain't the place for any cultural manifestations. I don't mean to be rude, but they've fallen from the camel's hump a few decades ago, right in the Jaguar or Benz and since their only interest is to get a bottle of booze and go shopping, they don't really have time to develop their culture.
