renting in good area in kuwait

hi,
I am moving to kuwait soon, we are a family with 2 young kids and i would like to know which area in Kuwait is the most serviced, I mean , having a near by good nurseries and schools, shopping mall, supermarket.... etc, i am searching for a 3 bedrooms flat and i have no clue which area i should focus on, i read so many names like Salwa, Bayan, Gulfroad, Salamiya, Shaab ...etc, please help me, i dont want to live somewhere out of reach that everytime i need something i should spend hours in the traffic, recently, i am living in Dubai and when i moved i made the mistake of choosing something nice but a bit far away and i dont want to make the same mistake again.
