• Dear Sirs,
  I would like to bring my wife to here in Kuwait from Nepal on family visa but my monthly salary is only 230KD so can i apply for that?

  The law is to have a salary of K.D. 250 to have your family here. Lets say, that law is baseless. If you think you are able to support yourself and your family (be sure about that) then you have means to have them here with you. All you got to do is (if your sponsor is good/friendly) you have to get a paper written by him that your salary is K.D. 250 and go for the rest of the process.

  hello sir my wife came in visit visa and get job in one indian school,school gave visa but back home in india kuwait consulate is not accepting visa and passport with of employment contract,school is saying they will give employment contract with ministry of education,is this enough to get endrossment in india from kuwait consulate,my travel agent asking minsitry of labour and social affirs attestation too,plz help me in this issue,is ministry of labour and social affirs will attest,or ministry of education attestaion is enough plz advice me sir

  Hi!
  
  Recently we have applied visit visa for my son and granted 1 month stay only the we are forced to signed a waiver that we can not change it to dependent visa. My son age is just 8 yrs old and we both parent is working here in Kuwait and both of us earning more or less 1800 kd a month. Why we are prohibited to transfer the visit visa to dependent visa for our son.

  a) If the visa applied for is a family visa, does it have to be attested by the Embassy of Kuwait in India?
  b) If the visa applied for is a visit visa, can it be transferred to a dependent residence?

  I have sent a dependant visa for my wife and daughter to chennai, india and they are at present in chennai, can you let me know the name of the medical centre with costs, visa stamping at delhi address with costs, and also whether i should buy only kuwait or indian airlines tickets as some agencies are confusing my wife and daughter.
  the price offered by these agents for airlines ticket is also exorbitant.

  AS PER THE CURRENT LAW IN KUWAIT ANY PERSON EMPLOYED IN THIS COUNTRY WHOSE SALARY IS KD250 HE/SHE CAN APPLY FOR A VISIT VISAS FOR HIS WIFE AND CHILREN. BUT REMEMBER VISIT VISAS CANNOT BE CONVERTED TO WORKING OR DEPENDENT VISA. THEY HAVE TO GO BACK TO THEIR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN AND COME BACK WITH A NEW VISA.
