I was wondering if there are any race events held in Kuwait or in nearby cities/countries. Specifically I am looking for any of the following: 10km run,3okm run, marathon, half-marathon, triahtlon, duathlon
I would like to know where I can find more information on such events in Kuwait.
Also if such events do take place in kuwait are there any regulations for women running in the races? and are there any regulations as to what they are wearing?
Hi... I just landed... Im in Mahboula and am training for ironman FLA in Nov. I found a place to swim today and have been running in the morning. My bike is one the way and will prob stay indoors on a trainer.
We might be able to link up and do some open water swims...it's always safer with a buddy.
