I am English, living in France, working in Lux. I'm trying to find out what to do about medical cover. I've been told I need a little green credit card but no one seems to know how to get one! My husband doesnt work & has got a E106 but they wouldnt give me one. I have 2 children that need covering too. Any help would be appreciated.
